Privacy Policy — PyaarMeter

Last updated: 21 September 2026

Thank you for using PyaarMeter ("the app"), developed by V G Tech. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information the app does and does not collect, and how it is handled.

The short version

PyaarMeter is built to be privacy-friendly. The names and photos you enter stay on your device. We never upload them, never store them on any server, and never share or sell them to anyone.

Information we do NOT collect

Names: The names you type in are used only on your device to calculate your compatibility score. They are never sent to us or to any third party.
Photos: Any photo you optionally add stays in your device's memory only for the current session. Photos are never uploaded, never stored on a server, and are removed when you leave the result. We do not keep copies.
Scores: Your compatibility results are generated on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.

The app works fully offline. You can use it in airplane mode.

Information we DO collect (anonymous analytics)

To understand how the app is used and to improve it, we use Google Firebase Analytics. This collects anonymous usage information only — for example, which buttons are tapped (such as "Calculate" or "Share") and how often. This helps us know which features people find useful.

This anonymous analytics data:

Never includes the names you enter.
Never includes your photos.
Never includes your compatibility scores.

Firebase Analytics may attach an anonymous, app-generated installation identifier to these usage events. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any personal identity. We have also disabled advertising-ID collection and ad-personalization signals, so your usage is not tied to any cross-app advertising profile.

Firebase is a service provided by Google. You can read Google's privacy policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Sharing your results

When you choose to share your result card (for example to WhatsApp Status or Instagram Stories), you are sharing it yourself through your own apps. PyaarMeter simply generates the image — where you send it is entirely your choice. We are not involved in that sharing and do not receive a copy.

PyaarMeter does not currently show any advertisements.

Children's privacy

PyaarMeter is intended for general audiences and is meant purely for entertainment. It does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

No account required

PyaarMeter does not require you to sign up, log in, or create an account. We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact information.

Data security

Because your names, photos, and scores never leave your device, there is no personal data stored on our servers that could be exposed. The only data we receive is anonymous usage analytics as described above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
